Requestor is not showing in RT ticket

I tried to create a ticket in RT. Send all details including requestor detail while creating the ticket. But requestor column is getting null after the ticket created in the RT. Because of this I can’t view the ticket from my RT account
Why it is happening so?. Can someone please help?
I am adding my ticket content below. MY RT version is 4.4.4

Subject: Test ticket

Status: new

Can you share what the request actually looks like, are you watching the RT logs while making the request?
