How could I modify the requestor email address in RT-2.0.7?
Sometimes some web users don’t have their email address right. In RT1, I
usually click on the Requestor link to modify the email address to the
correct email address. I couldn’t find a way to do it under the people
link. Does this function exist in RT2?

Well, you can either modify a certain user’s email address for their RT
account in the Users panel under Configuration…
OR (and this is most likely what you’re looking for) you can delete the
requestor from the Ticket People screen. Then you would add the user’s correct
email back as type Requestor.
