Request tracker - enable Guest Login button

Good Afternoon,

I am unable to find any information on how to enable guest login button for guests to login. Or enable guests to login and get set to create a ticket in the default queue. Any help would be appreciated.

There is not a default guest login option, you can use the self service pages to achieve something similar to this.

You could add a button for guest login that automatically logs in as a unprivileged user by using the Default callback in ‘/Elements/Login’ and submitting a default username/password.
