Request Tracker - Create Ticket via Email

I installed RT 4.4.2 on an Ubuntu Server 18.04. I want to configure the procedure to open a ticket from an email. Do you give me a “complete” guide to do it?

There’s extensive documentation about the EmailInterface on the wiki which has lots of information about the various options you have (as it depends on how your mail system outside of RT is set up).
