Reporting broken

When I run a report (Tools->Reporting), the categorised items always
show zero. I’m running RT 3.7.26 and RTIR 2.3.17. Is this fixed in the
latest release or is there a patch?

It’s definitely worth coming up to RTIR 2.4.0 and RT 3.8.1. We’ve
fixed all sorts of issues.

I have a sneaking suspicion that your database logs will show all sorts
of complaints about those reports if you have a look
