Report with RT-3.6.3

Hi folks,

Has any one tried custom report generation tools in RT3. RT 3.6.3 has
report tool but its too generic. I would love to hear from you guys…

if you are thinking about writing your own code to generate reports,
yes, I did this kind of stuff. It’s pretty simple (it’s not trivial, but
it is simple).
