Replying to requestors by default

Hello all,

I’m looking for a way to configuring the Resolve page and set Update type to “Reply to requestors” instead of “Comments (Not sent to requestors)” by default.

I’m running RT 3.8.2.

Any ideas?

Hello all,

I’m looking for a way to configuring the Resolve page and set Update type to “Reply to

I’m running RT 3.8.2.

That was added as a global and user preference in 3.8.9
You could upgrade, backport the patch, or use the solution documented
in the wiki, making sure to make notes so that when you upgrade and it
conflicts, you get ride of it.
