Reply to requestor don't send any email!

Hi,
as in subject, my RT doesn’t send any e-mail when i add a reply to a
ticket. E-mails will be sent on ticket create and ticket close, so mail
system is working as expected.

Why ?

You need to post your debug logs for what happened when you reply.
Keep in mind that if you’re the requestor, RT by default won’t send
you mail on your own reply.
