Reply-to field as requestor

I am not familiar with RT’s configuration, but I was wondering if it could be adjusted to create tickets and send confirmation emails based on the Reply-To field rather than the From field. The reason I ask is that our webform, which submits tickets to RT, can only send emails from a NoReply address due to email spooling security measures. However, the webform sets the user-submitted email as the Reply-To address.
