Hi all,
I am having the problem that I cannot reply to any tickets. When a
ticket is created or resolved the requestor is informed but when I try
to reply to a ticket the reply doesn’t get sent. I am using postfix and
here are the details from /etc/aliases
Support: “|/opt.rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue support --action correspond
–url http://sc-rtxxxxxxxxxx/”
Support-comment: “|/opt.rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue support --action
comment --url http://sc-rtxxxxxxxxxx/”
And here is my scrip
On Correspond Notify Requestors, Ccs and AdminCcs as Comment with
template Correspondence
If anyone can help that would be great.
