If you really want to lose it all – tickets, users, scrips, etc. – you
can drop the database. I suspect that’s not what you want, though.
Next best thing is to set all the test tickets to “deleted” status and
eventually purge them with RTx::Shredder. They won’t show up in
searches, etc., so it’s almost like they’ve been removed.
