Remove "via RT"

This should be relatively straight forward, but I can’t seem to find it.
How do you remove the " via RT" from: “From: John Doe via RT”?

rt3/etc/RT_SiteConfig.pm:

Set($FriendlyFromLineFormat , “"%s via RT" <%s>”);
