Remove email from suggestions in RT4

Hello All,

I have the following issue with the auto suggestions integrated with RT4:

From now on every time I add a requestor and start typing “…” it will always suggest the email with the typo along with the correct email.

My users usually click the first suggestion that appears and from there on things start to get worse…

So my question that I couldn’t answer until now:
How do I remove email addresses from the suggestions?

If you search Users for the incorrect email is there a user record for that email? If so you can just disable that user and you should be good to go.

I had to log on as root, search the User and shred it.
This removes it from the suggestions when creating new tickets.
