I have the following issue with the auto suggestions integrated with RT4:
- I Create a ticket with the requestor email@example.com
- The requestor doesn’t receive an email and calls me
- I find the typo in “maul.com”, delete the requestor email and add the correct firstname.lastname@example.org
From now on every time I add a requestor and start typing “first.la…” it will always suggest the email with the typo along with the correct email.
My users usually click the first suggestion that appears and from there on things start to get worse…
So my question that I couldn’t answer until now:
How do I remove email addresses from the suggestions?
