Reminder Errors

A ticket was deleted for a user within 5.0.1. The ticket was likely deleted with shredder, and the period has lapsed for the reminder, so now the user sees an error associated with the ticket. Any way of clearing this error?

Can you shred that reminder?

I would love to try that, only I’m not sure how to identify it.

Is it 17, I believe that’s whats in the screenshot right? You can put 17 in the search bar and it should take you to the ticket to double check.

brought up metadata for the ticket, but the only way I could come up with a remedy to remove it was to assign it to a different user.

But if you know the reminder Id why not shred the reminder?

It wouldn’t find the reminder ID when I populated shredder
