Relative times in search (and quick resolve cycle)

I have a little component, /Elements/QuickLink, that I think I got from
this list a while ago. It has a few quick links:

Thanks! I suppose something similar may the answer to my next
question. We had a flurry of activity with a service outage and
would have liked a quick way to reply/resolve one ticket and go
directly to the view of the same queue without going back to the
home screen first. Going directly to the oldest unowned ticket
in the same queue might be even better. Maybe some extra buttons
at the bottom for ‘submit and next ticket’ and ‘submit and view queue’
would work. Or has this already been done too?
