Rebuild MySQL DB files

We lost the mysql directory on our server but I had a backup,
unfortunately the backup was corrupted when it attempted to
restore the files "mysql/var/rt/transactions.{ISD,ISM,MYD,MYI}

Is there a way to rebuild or regenerate these files? The 'rt’
directory is fine and fully intact.

Thanks for whatever help anyone can offer, I am off to see what
I can figure out.

Hi,

If you actually have any data from the backup, it may be worth trying
th mysql utility ismchk. This will try to repair your ISM files.
