Anyone have a copy of the readme.txt or instructions on configuring the mail
aspect of RT 3.0.10 on windows (XP-Pro)? Surprisingly, the readme.txt file
opened up blank during the install (from:
http://p4.elixus.org/dist/rt-3.0.10.exe
http://p4.elixus.org/dist/rt-3.0.10.exe) and remained blank even after the
packaged install finished
