first, an external radius server for authentication would be great.
if it can manage as well authtorization it would be better !!

To accomplish what, exactly? You want RT to act as a radius server to other things? You want RT to use an external radius server for authentication? you want RT to use an external radius server for authorization? The middle one should be trivial using the web auth stuff.
