We want to add CustomsField to the quick ticket creation on the first page. I haven’t manage to do this. Is there someone who knows how to do this?
If it’s difficult to add CustomsFields to QuickCreate, do you think it’s easier to add “New Ticket Creation” on the home page? (first page). Our users in the helpDesk wants a simply gui to create tickets in on the first page.
