Quick fix for cli merge command

I’m using rt 1.0.1 and when is issue the merge command from the
command line interface it doesn’t do anything. Likewise there is no
merge command from the web interface. I haven’t tried from the mail
interface. Is there a quick fix for this?

I have just started letting people here use it and I get a lot of
duplicate requests.

There is a merge command from the web interface it is called the
serial number. Click this link in a request display and you
can merge it to another.
