I am new to modifying RT - how do I programmatically loop through the watchers of a queue? I am trying to modify Bruce Campbell’s (posted 15 April) scrip to automatically assign a ticket w/o an owner (nobdy) to a random watcher (Admin CC or regular CC). Any suggestions welcomed! Thanks!
