Queue Watcher help needed

Can someone please let me know how to setup a single user to get all
correspondence regarding a certain queue

It will be most appreciated

I whould suggest to set him CC or admincc, and check how you want to have your scripts.

Three things to do:

  1. Set user rights for the queue (or globally) - at least Watch or
    WatchAsAdminCc
  2. Add user as queue watcher
  3. Set up scrips (global, or per queue), or check they exist, to notify the
    watcher
  • e.g. “On Correspond Notify AdminCcs with template Admin Correspondence”

however point 2… where do I set the queue watcher?

these are my tabs under configuration

[Groups] [Keywords] [Queues] [Global] [Users]

inside the [Queues] tab there is no option to set a watcher…

Im using RT 2.0.15
Ah. No idea.
RT-3.0.9 gives Configuration->Queues->Watchers…
umm…upgrade!
