Queue not be loaded

I need some help, “Queue not be loaded” when creating new ticket for users. how to solve this problem?

Hi Denver,

Sounds like the user account creating the ticket doesn’t have the
correct permissions on the queue.
Check that that user has the SeeQueue permission set.

The correct permissions rather depend on what your requirements are.
Without knowing what you are trying to
achieve its not possible to help much I’m afraid.

Here is a example of what I have set for a group of users on one of my
queues:

SeeQueue
OwnTicket
ShowTicket
ShowTicketComments
ModifyTicket
CreateTicket
SeeCustomField
ModifyCustomField
