Queue name with ticket # instead of server name

My tickets come through with a ticket # like
[rt.blast.com #13093]
as the beginning of the subject. Can I change that to the ticket queue
name instead of the rt server name?

You’re going to want to keep the RT server name as it is because RT uses
it to determine if email is meant for it. You can, however, add the
queue name somewhere else in the subject; look into modifying the
appropriate correspondence templates.
