They also need to be able to SeeQueue.

I logged in as root and set configuration->global->group rights->everyone to
allow everyone to CreateTicket, OwnTicket, and ModifySelf but when I log in
one of the users I created there are no queues in the drop down menu next to
’new ticket in’. I do have “Let this user be granted rights” checked.
