Queue contents not visible

This should be a permissions issue, but no matter permissions I give to
myself I can’t see the contents of a queue.

Now this queue is an approval queue where the tickets are created via a
template, but it there something specific about the ticket creation that
I am missing where I can’t see them? I don’t want to be the owner of
the ticket, that is someone else, but I do want to see what tickets are
outstanding in that queue.

Anyone? Should be simple right? Most things that are overlooked are
simple… :slight_smile:
