Queue address that does not send an auto reply?

Is there a way to get RT 3.0.3 or 3.4.2 to have a queue address that does not send an auto reply to a user? I can’t think of a way off the top of my head to do this?

The default autoreply is a global Scrip (that is, it applies to all queues)

You have to delete the global scrip and create it as a queue scrip only
in those queues where you need it.

Hi Randy,

As with most problems in RT, there is more than one way to do
what you want.

Check the wiki instructions for creating a custom condition:
http://wiki.bestpractical.com/index.cgi?WriteCustomCondition

Search the page for +ACI-Postmaster+ACI- and you’ll see it.

That’s great where you only have one queue that you want to
disable the autoreply on. We have several so I’ve taken this
example and hacked it to more serve our needs:
http://www.lancs.ac.uk/+AH4-norton/dev/rt/notes.html+ACM-20050504+AF8AXw-multiple+AF8-queues+AF8-excluded+AF8-from+AF8-autoreply

The other way, is as Angelo says to disable the global scrip
and only put it on queues you want to autoreply. Depends if
you have more that need one or the other really

Hope that helps.

Regards, Ian.
