Hello!

Doesn’t work an AutoReply answer to Requestor.

There is a that global scrip is in queue configuration:

In Configuration->Queue->Scrips (Global) we have:

OnCreate AutoreplyToRequestors with template Autoreply

But the RT system tries to send letter back to itself instead of
requestor’s address.

Then it detects a loop and sends an error letter to rt-admin…

Where can I setup it to send AutoReply to Requestor, not to a queue
(rt-test-1@xxx in this example)?

ono tak postavleno :

Queue: rt-test-1
Correspondence Address: - rt-test-1@demos.su
Comment Address: - rt-test-1c@demos.su
you can send test on rt-test-1@demos.su and your letter will be in the queue
correctly.
But you will not receive autoreply (RT will try to send it to
rt-test-1@demos.su back instead of your address and you will
not receive autoreply)
