Question regarding RTx

Hello everyone,

I am trying to use RTx-Statistics Package with RT 3.5.7.

Is this supposed to work ? Whenever I try to click on any Statistics I get an error like

Well, that’s quite a mess. For a start, let’s try the obvious:

  1. did you unpack the tar file outside of /opt/rt3, run “perl
Makefile.pl”, then run make and make install?
  2. did you clear the mason object cache after installing?
  3. did you restart apache after restarting?
  4. is your distro debian based?

Many of the modules that were developed for RT 3.4.x will need to be
modified slightly in order to get them working under RT 3.5.x, because
some of the display elements were moved around.

In this case, the TitleBox element has been relocated from
/Elements/TitleBox to /Widgets/Titlebox so you’ll need to find those
references in the RTx-Statistics html pages and update them.

Many of the modules that were developed for RT 3.4.x will need to be

In this case, the TitleBox element has been relocated from
/Elements/TitleBox to /Widgets/Titlebox so you’ll need to find those

I’m pretty sure at this point that we’re going to need to add back
/Elements/Titlebox* as a compatibility entry in RT 3.5.8 or so.
