I am using "Category" to create sun-sets of a general list of values
for a Custom Field. An example value would be “open” which would occurs
several times in a CF due to it’s inclusion under several Categories.
When RT Query offers the CF for selection, it has “contains” as an
option. Would the generated SQL look for “open”, regardless of Custom
Field ID? I’m hoping the answer is yes. That way it won’t matter if a CF
with categories has duplicate values, the search will still result in
every ticket with that value. Anyone? Thanks.
