Question... maybe a bug

I am running mysql 3.22 on a slackware 7.1 install with all of the
appropriate modules installed. Everything works great except for one thing.

It’s important to note that RT is smart and doesn’t send mail
if the requestor is also a queue member. On Tue, Aug 29, 2000 at 05:47:08PM -0700, Thomas Klump wrote:

From the web-admin interface I modify the queue so that under “Requestors”,
only “Send an autoreply on request creation” is checked. With only that
checked under “Requestors”, the requestors do not receive an e-mail when I
reply from the WebRT interface. They do get the autoreply, but nothing else.
If I check “Send email notifications of each transaction except comment”,
the requestor gets everything except comments. It just seems that the line
just below Requestors that states “requestors will always be sent copies of
all correspondence.” doesn’t seem to be holding true in the case. Any help
would be great. Thanks for a wonderful program that I am very happy with so
far.

This is scary. I’m imagining tracerouting you and seeing links like “Route
84” and “Route 9, Exit 14”. Obviously, this is illness induced.
