Question about RT4 Articles

Hi,

I’m trying to implement Articles in my installation of RT4
I’ve already set up the name, summary and also set up a Custom Field
for that Class.
But when I include that article in my reply to the ticket it comes
with a weird format
I just want to set up a normal stock answers database, but the normal
display comes like:

#Article Number: Article Title
Article Summary
CF Name:
CF Description

How can I change this so I can simply get the content of the
Article… or actually just the content of the custom fields attached
to that Article?

Thanks in advance

If you visit the Class modify page, you’ll find some checkboxes to
control that behavior
