New users will probably often just modify one or two things in RT and at
least I needed some time to find the right file for some Elements.
Maybe those people could be helped by putting some comments inside the
HTML files like

Perhaps you should consider implementing this as a debugging extension
to mason, rather than as comments in RT’s html
