Problems with Word Documents as Attachments

Hi,

I have some tickets which have Word Documents as attachments. With some
tickets, if I click on the link to open the attachment in IE, Word opens BUT
with the RT login screen. I am logged into RT at the time.

If I use Netscape, all is fine.

The attachments are named “MST Core Product Support #115.doc”.

I’m running RT 3.0.4.

Thanks,

SH

If you save to disk, does it work correctly? It sounds like a different
application without access to your cookies is trying to load the
document.On Tue, Aug 19, 2003 at 01:33:52PM -0400, Scott Hebert wrote:

It seems that it is a problem with IE and having Word Attachments with a ‘#’
in the filename…

Go figure.

Thanks for your help Jesse. Much appreciated.
