Problems with ticket openning (RT 2.0.15/FastCGI/Apache 2.0.40)

I have installed a new instance of RT with separate perl instance (5.8.3) only for RT. I am using apache 2.0.40 (later i will move 2.0.48) with FastCGI (the dist is RH 9.0). Everything works ok, but every new ticket results in following errors in apache log:

You say this is a new instance. Any reason you chose 2.0.15 over
3.0.x?

At any rate: you might want to tweak the debug statement that
produced that error (around SearchBuilder/Handle.pm:410) to
also dump the @bind_values array for inspection.
