Hello everyone,
I have problems getting the RT2 system up and running - completely that
is.
The web frontend and ticketing system work for root, but it seems all the
mail stuff is not running and I can’t create users. Attached is the log of
my web actions today.
and comments are not sent to the admin ccs I set.
Configuration:
rt-1.3.99
mysql-3.23.37
perl 5.6.0 with all the needed modules
This is a SuSE 7.2 box.
We are using sendmail as mta and the appropriate entries in /etc/aliases
are:
edv: |“/opt/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate --queue edv --action correspond”
edvintern: |“”/opt/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate --queue edv --action correspond"
I appreciate any advice given.
