Hi,
I’ve a problem with replying to tickets in rt2.
In the web-interface everything seems to be ok but no mail is sent
if i try to reply to requestors.
I granted all the rights to this user in all the queues.
/tmp/rt.log.xxx says nothing and the senmail-log is emty.
the autoreply works.
any suggestions where to start to debug?
