Hi there,
I have entered the alias for the mail gateway, (my aliases file attached)
but when I try a sendmail to rt it immedatley throws out an error saying the
following:
‘Can’t create output, permission denied’
What is happening here.
Please Help.

You need quoting as follows.
Current rt: /opt/rt/bin/rt-mailgate ewinexchange-support correspond
Correct rt: “|/opt/rt/bin/rt-mailgate ewinexchange-support
correspond”
Then, enter newaliases.
