Problems with correspondance

I’m having problems getting RT to send out e-mails. For example, I’ve
setup a queue named Test, that just has one scrip… on create,
autoreply to requestors. Whenever I send an e-mail to that queue, no
outgoing
e-mail is ever sent. Here are the logs that RT generates to syslog:

Ack. Sorry about the double mailing. Had the e-mail in two windows,
forgot that I had already hit send in one of them.On Jan 19, 2006, at 7:07 PM, Michael T. Halligan wrote:

And, I’ve fixed it. The problem ended up being that I’m using
Apache’s authentication, with my usernames being the same as their e-
mail addresses.
Because of this, when a new user gets created by a web login, they
never actually get their information filled out. Once an e-mail
address has been
set, recipients are found. On Jan 19, 2006, at 7:09 PM, Michael T. Halligan wrote:
