Dear All,
I am using RT 2.0 on SunOS. We use microsoft
exchange server for our mail server. The mails are
forwarded to the exchange server from sendmail.
I am unable to create a ticket by sending an email
to to the address support@domain.com(domain= our
comapny name). How ever when i am able to create a
ticket and get an autoreply when i use the Web
interface. It would be great if some one could thorw
some light on it.

Well, are you forwarding the “support@domain” mails back to sendmail
from exchange??? If you read the install docs, you need to add an alias
on the sendmail box that pipes the “support” mail to the RT mail
gateway.
