Problems with attachements in RT, if you own the ticket

Hello all,

I noticed the following problem with Microsoft word attachements in
RT 3.0.7_01. If you are an owner of the ticket and add doc file as an
attachement, all the requestors get corrupted file. But if one of the
other RT users in our company enters your ticket and makes a reply in it
and adds doc file, everything is fine and the requesters get doc attachements
ok.

Did someone meet with the same problem?

I bet this won’t happen if you upgrade to RT 3.0.8 and perl 5.8.3.
