Hi,
RT2 is great & works wonderfully… except that I can’t seem to reply to
e-mails out of the web interface. It appears to work fine - but the
reply never arrives at the client.
Autoreply scrips do work however (just to confuse the matter!)
… any thoughts/assistance would be greatly appreciated.
