Problems logging out from RT3

Hi all,

when I want to logout from RT3.0.6, the Logout.html page gets loaded as it
should. The only problem here is, that it does not get parsed, so I get
the error msg. with “no such <%URL%> blabla…”.

Has anybody an idea, why this Logout.html does not get parsed by RT?

Your questions are for rt-users list.
May be you’ve got something in logs?
May be apache conf problems? Something special config options for NoAuth
location?

Try to search archives also. There was something about logout page.
