Problems installing Apache::Cookie with rt2_0_9

Hi!

All other modules required by rt2-0-9 have been installed except
Apache::Cookie which keeps on failing to install with the following
errors when I try to install it manually:

download the Apache source
apache_1.3.22.tar.gz and take the needed header files
from that source.
