we just found a bug in the not so well tested mail UI (i know
that it is buggy ;)). anyway, when we want to resolv many tickets
with the email interface just one get’s resolved but the others
aren’t resolved. is there already a patch _somewhere- who
resolves this rather nasty bug?

Especially since there have been significant changes to the mail gateway since
1.0.2. If you can verify that this bug is still around in 1.0.4, I’d be happy
to take a look.
