when i send a mail to my RT i have this problem in my /var/log/fetchmail.log
fetchmail: couldn’t find canonical DNS name of imap.e-justice.tn (imap.e-justice.tn): Name or service not known
fetchmail: Query status=11 (DNS)
i need your help
Looks like a DNS lookup problem, so outside of RT really. If you replaced imap.e-justice.tn with its IP address (41.231.53.136) in the fetchmail config, does it work then?

look i have this problem
when i send an email to my “rt address” with imap.e-justice.tn from exemple@e-justice.tn i have a ticket created succesufully
but when i send an email from an adress google mail to my “rt adress” i have any ticket and any message in my log file
