Problem with displaying incedents

Hi,

I get this error when I try to view incidents RTIR->Incidents

Can’t use string ("") as a subroutine ref while “strict refs” in use
at /opt/rt3/local/plugins/RT-IR/html/Callbacks/RTIR/Elements/RT__Ticket/ColumnMap/Once line 16.

This is a new RTIR install on Centos 5.5

Thanks in advance

What version of RT and RTIR are you using??? In case you are using RT 3.8.8 and RT-IR 2.4.3, you should read the mail from Jesse Vincent sent on 18th May 2010, with subject " RTIR 2.4 and RT 3.8.8 - incompatibility alert".

Where you will find a patch for this issue.
