Problem with creating a ticket using e-mail

Hi all,

        I've just set up RT 3.0.6, and was trying out the mailgate

functionality. I was unable to create a ticket from sending a mail to
rt@10.10.8.14 (box’s ip address). The logs from /var/log/maillog shows:
