So far, my RT system runs great except the problem with attachment. I config
the system to let users create ticket by sending email instead of let users
access RT via web interface (by proc mail)
The problem is, whenever users attach a file along with email, the
attachment is always corrupted(word, excel, image, etc), except plain text
I have RT3 installed on a RedHat 9.0 Linux box, kernel 2.4.20-8, perl 5.8.0.
Did I miss anything?
