Problem with 1.0.2 ticket addition (probally simple)

I got RT installed and running but when I insert a request, it fails. The
following is in the error_log file.

I also went thru the process from the command line… Attached is the session
output.

I know the answer is gonna be simple… but I gotta ask anyway!

Hrm. For kicks try restarting mysqld? it looks like for some reason it didn’t
create the ticket row. Actually, could you send me the output of mysqldump rt?
